3. Advisory Services

Pensions advisory services include personalized guidance sessions, planning reports, and related support. Details of the service package will be provided in a separate engagement letter.

4. Informational Products

Informational products consist of digital guides, tutorials, and templates delivered electronically upon purchase.

5. Goods

Goods include any physical publications, kits, or materials shipped to you.

6. Fees and Payment

All fees are due prior to commencement of any service or delivery of digital or physical items. Payment methods accepted will be outlined at purchase. Charges are non-adjustable after digital delivery or service start.

7. Refund Policy

Advisory services may be canceled within seven days of booking for a full refund of fees. To request a refund, contact us via contact.php with your booking reference. We will reimburse the original method of payment within 14 days of approval. After service commencement or the seven-day period, no refunds are provided; however, you may transfer your session to another individual by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance.

For informational products, all sales are final due to immediate digital delivery. No refunds are available once access has been granted. This policy ensures content security and delivery integrity.

Physical goods may be sent back within seven days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. To arrange a shipment back, contact us via contact.php. Upon receipt and inspection, we will reimburse the cost of the item, excluding shipping expenses, within 14 days of approval.

8. Transfer of Service

Advisory sessions can be reassigned to another participant upon written notification at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.

9. Non-Refundable Offerings

Certain promotional packages or bulk service bundles may be labeled as non-refundable. Such designations will be clearly stated in the promotional details. These non-refundable offerings are priced to reflect the immediate allocation of resources on your behalf.
